COVID-19 Update from Ash Trail Lodge

Effective June 1, 2020

May 28, 2020

We hope this update continues to find you and your families healthy and well. It will be a great summer 2020 season and we hope the few adjustments we have made to keep you and us safe during the COVID-19 pandemic will be well received. We will adjust as we are able to but as always, call Steve or Deb if you have any questions regarding your stay. We are excited to see you!

New June 1 will be Outdoor Dining … it will be limited seating and we WILL follow MN State Guidelines of reservations only, 4 persons to a table – 6 if a family! We will also follow social distancing with the tables. At this writing, service will be self-served which means ordering and food/drink pickup from our service counter in the Lodge.  It will work great and we'll all be “safe”! Our food service is 5 to 8 pm Tuesday to Sunday. Bar Service is 4 to 10 pm every day. As always, its PIZZA ONLY on Mondays! Please plan accordingly! Deb has a great “Outdoor & To GO menu”! See You ON THE DECK!

Keep in mind this situation is evolving daily. The above dining information could change at any time! Check Ash Trail Lodge Facebook updates for latest info!

Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is no later than 9am. Please plan your arrival time accordingly.  We suggest you call the lodge the day before your arrival and we will let you know if an earlier arrival time is possible.

In addition to bringing your own personal bath towels, you should bring your own blanket and pillow. We will provide the professionally laundered sheets for your bed. All bedspreads, blankets and pillows have been removed from the cabins. Please let us know 24 hours before arrival how many people are in your group so we can make up ONLY the beds that will be used during your stay. Please advise all members of your group to bring their own blanket & pillow. If you are unable to bring these items, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our cabin cleaning team have been valued employees for many years and have a great reputation with our customers. For health reasons, we will be making some minor adjustments to our cleaning processes. This will take extra time for our staff so thank you for adhering to the 4:00 pm cabin check in time. We are super committed to providing you a sanitized and disinfected cabin during your stay.

You should bring a supply of hand sanitizers and wipes to use during your stay. We may have a limited supply for sale if you need some. As always, dish soap and hand/bath soaps will be provided in your cabin. As always, complimentary firewood will be provided at your fire-ring throughout your stay.

Cabin guests will be provided information on additional services upon their check-in.

We ask that only ONE BOAT be at the gas dock at any given time.

ATL staff will be available to assist you with bait, ice and gas. We ask that you exit your boat and stand on the gas dock a safe distance from our staff. The charges for any resort services will be added to your cabin bill.

We will also have an option for you to pre-order bait and ice which will be delivered to your cabin.

For safety & health reasons, only staff will be allowed inside the dock house.

Outdoor and TO GO Service with food and bar begins June 1, 2020. See above.

Additional Amenities we also offer to our guests and customers:

We highly recommend you purchase your fishing license online or over the phone prior to your arrival.  If necessary, we will make accommodations to purchase your license on our DNR terminal.

Your final bill can be available the evening before your departure. Please let us know in advance if you would like it early. Otherwise it will be ready the morning of your departure. The office is open 7:30am to settle up your bill. Please remember, check out is 9am sharp! (or earlier!)

Options for paying your bill: check, cash or credit card.

Please remember to let us know ahead of your visit how many are in your group and to bring your own

We Hope You Enjoy Your Stay! THANK YOU!
